What a Bad Drawing Session!!

Dear bloggers,

I'm very frustrated today.. Just an hour ago, there was a drawing session for badminton tournament.. I took part in a badminton tournament together with Usin for men double games that will be held tomorrow morning..

However, when the draw has been made, i'm very disappointed with the committee of the tournament. Even the committee are students of Industrial Management, however, their event management were not good. They are all sucks.. The draw was really unfair.. Unfairly drawn, Usin n me were scheduled to meet 1st seeded players in the 1st round.. So sad n disappointed..

But nothing can be done, they are the committee.. So, both me n Usin must do our best to play the "bestest"(ms hamtaro's word) game in trying to win the game. If it is not our luck, nothing we can do.. just do our best.. caiyok2.. caiyok2 Usin.. Let's do our best..

What a relief..

Dear Friends,

After a whole week of restless, finally i can have some time of relaxation.. Starting from Monday to Thursday, there are a lot assignments must be completed including some replacement class which have been scheduled for the week.

The most burdening task that must be completed was the Human Resource Management, a.k.a HRM. This assignment supposedly send on the 20th February 2008. However, most of the projects sent by the groups from our class and some other classes were being rejected and must be re-do. The lecturer said that our projects was not achieving her target or goals.

All of us were shocked. We actually didn't know wut her expectation. From the question itself, she never gave a brief instruction on how to complete the tasks. And when the times came, she said that our assignments were not completed. She gave a week to complete the task.

After 3 days of redoing the assignment, finally my group managed to finish it. Thanks to all group members, Ilyas, Usin n Ramesh for giving full commitment on the task.. Now, after a hard work, we can relax and get some rest.

This week also full of replacement classes. Everyday class started in the morning and ended at night. So tired. So sleepy.. No more replacement class next week hopefully..

Erm..Friday we got no class at all. So, i can have some good rest n wake up a lil'bit late. I'll wake up before Friday Prayer.. N maybe after pray, i can continue sleeping. hehehe..

ok frens, enjoy ur weekend.. adioss...

If only i'm a poet - "YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE"

Dear Sweetheart,

Y
ou are everything I ever wanted.
On you my future happiness depends.
Unless I'm with you all my thoughts are haunted.
After seeing you, my unease ends.
Reason warns me that I am in danger:
Eventually, everything must fade.
My love, like yours, is flammable in anger.
Yet my trust is such, I'm not afraid.
Something in our love's more than emotion,
Underneath each thought and each desire;
Not even all the water in the ocean
Seems up to putting out this one small fire.
How could this be? Within our love is something
Immeasurable, infinite, and good.
Nothing in all life can match this one thing
Each other passion would be, if it could.

My Birthday - 24th February

Dear bloggers..

Today is my birthday(24th February).. i'm now 24th years old now.. it is a happy birthday for me, as i spent my weekend with my lovely girl, Munirah.

I went to Malacca to meet her and celebrate my birthday with her.. i went to Malacca on Saturday morning and stayed there 4 a night at Kings Hotel. it's a quite comfortable hotel.

I arrived at Malacca around 1pm and then i check in at the hotel. after refreshing myself, i then went out wif my girl for lunch.. However, our lunch were quite bad. we had our lunch at Chicken Rice Shop. the price were quite expensive, but the taste were really bad. the food tasted very salty which may give both of us high blood pressure if we ate it all.

After our lunch we watched our first movie of the day, JUMPER. it was quite a dull movie as the story is just about the guy running away using his power of transporting(jumper). i'm quite sleepy at that time, but luckily the sound effects were loud enough to make me awake. hehe... i think my sweety also felt the same.. was it dear?

After the movie, me n munirah went back to take a shower.. (i sent her to her house k) so tired, both of us take some rest before we continue our activity.. around 9pm, i took her from her house n we went to jonker walk.. just window shopping.. that place just like Petaling Street. It was nothing to find actually, but both of us just enjoying the site n smell of the food. cannot eat, not sure of the quality (HALAL or non-HALAL). we're so hungry at that time, but we dont go for our dinner till midnight..

During midnight, me n my girl went for another movie, "Vintage Point". this is a story of a bodyguard who has been betray by his own partner who want to kill the president. Erm.. the story is quite complicated. too many flashback.. erm..however it's an interesting story.

During the movie, munirah wish me birthday.. it's a lovely and happy moment. tq so much my dear for the whole day u've spent with me. i really appreciate it. after the movie i had my dinner (supper actually bcoz it almost 2am). huhu.. after dinner, both of us went back and sleep. so tired. but we're having fun..

Around 9am i took Munirah n her friends n went to bus station. around 11am i took the bus to kl. it was a sad moment to leave my sweety, however time is really jealous at us.. i need to go back to kl n meet my friends for a theater show.

It's 1pm when i reached KL. i then went to sentul n waited 4 my frens. we then watched the theater at KL Performing Art Center. all of us were very shocked when we watch the theater. it was a 'porno' like theater. the story line is full of nudity. we quit just after 15mins of the theater. huhu.. so bored.. mybe it was the last theater i watched. huhu..

Now, i've arrived at my house in BJ. i'm feeling so sad n starting to miss munirah. i really love u munirah.. i miss u.. muakhhss.. :-*

HRM Really Sucks

Dear Bloggers,

Do you familiar with Human Resource Management (HRM)? For me and my other colleagues, this is a ridiculous subject that we’ve ever learnt so far. Can you imagine if u r in my situation which the lecturer gives an assignment without a proper instruction? She asked us to do as like we’re management students but the truth is we’re not. We’re TESL students.

We’re assigned to make a report on HRM from one company that has been choose by each group. However, we’re not been given the specific instruction on what to be questioned and what to be reviewed. All we have is just the question paper with few questions to be answer. To make it worst, she did not even mention about the format of the written report. In sudden situation, all we know that we must finished the assignment in 15-20 pages using single spacing and 12pt fonts. Can u imagine how packed and so hard to write 15pages using single spacing format.

That’s not the main issue yet. Today is our submitted day. We need to submit before 5pm. However, when we reached at her office, there almost 100 students making noises in front of her room. All of them are also sending their assignments. At that moment, I noticed that a management lecturer don’t know how to manage the time and schedule for her students’ appointment. I’ve heard that that day, estimated about 500 of her students are sending assignments at the same time. And what she got is just a noises environment like a ‘Pasar Malam’ in front of her room. This situation disturbs other lecturers as well.

Erm..and now, the main point is, when the students send their assignments, all are been rejected and must re-do it in a week time. For my group, we didn’t get the response yet. She just collected our assignments and asked us to come again on Friday. Now, what we’re thinking in our mind set is, our group’s assignment also will get the same response with the previous group which mean that we must re-do it again. After all the effort staying up late till morning, I’m very angry and disappointed with the lecturer and how she managed the students of hers.

And as conclusion, HR is not our main priority because it gave us the TESLian headache. However, life must go on and this Friday, I got test on this subject. I’m so tired. I need some rest. I miss my sweet Munirah..

Badminton

Dear Bloggers,
Last Tuesday i went with my friends to Pertama Kompleks. We want to buy badminton racquets and a basketball.. I was not feeling very well that day.. but all my friends wanted me to accompanied them to choose the suitable racquet.
I then followed them and when i was in the shop, i also bought a new racquet (YONEX NC TUFF 9 LIGHT) to replace my broken racquet. it's quite expensive but i feel really comfortable with it. i've not try to play with the racquet yet becoz since i bought it, i've a lot of works and dont have time to play badminton.. maybe next week.. huhu..
Ok, now i want to share with all of u my assignment.. essay that i must write for one of my subject this sem. it's an essay about badminton and its rules.

Badminton and its Rules.

Have you ever heard about badminton sports? How badminton being played? Badminton like game was known in ancient Greece and Egypt - a game called battledore and shuttlecock - in which two players hit a feathered shuttlecock back and forth with tiny rackets. The game was called "Poona" in India during the 18th Century. In the 1860s it was adopted by British Army officers stationed in India. The officers took the game back to England, where it became a success at a party given by the Duke of Beaufort in 1873 at his estate called "Badminton" in Gloucestershire. This game must be based on some rules regulated for the game. The three most important rules are basic aims, serving and scoring.

The first important rules which related to badminton games are the basic aims. One of the two opponents of badminton player must win a rally by hitting the shuttle over the net onto the floor of the opposing side’s court. One of the players will lose the rally if the player hit the shuttle into the net or the shuttle went over the net but outside the opposing side’s court. The player also will lose the rally if the shuttle touches the player’s body or clothing, or the player hit it before it crosses the net, or the player touches the net while game is still playing.

Another important rule in badminton games are serving. The service courts are slightly different for singles and doubles. A shuttle on the line will be called "in" which mean the player will get a point. The server and receiver stand in the diagonally opposite service courts and always in right hand court at the start of the game but after the serve, both players may move anywhere on their side of the net. The server must obey laws designed to force underhand delivery of the serve, and the receiver must stand still until the service is struck.

Finally, the most important rules are the scoring. Matches comprise of the best of three games. Each game starts at 0-0 and if the serving side wins a rally, it scores a point, and serves again but from the alternate service court. If the receiving side wins the rally, the score will be given to the receiver and at the same the time will take the next service according to the points the player have collected. In both men's and women’s singles and doubles events, 21 points wins a game. However, if the score reaches 20-20, the game will be called as deuce. The first who get two clear points of the opponents will win the set.

These three rules, basic aims, serving and scoring, are very vital in playing a badminton game. These may lead to a fascinating and full of sportsmanship for both oppositions teams. With all those rules, badminton surely is a fair and enjoyable game to be played by everyone in the entire world.

Erm..for those who like to play badminton n know about badminton, u shud be able to understand this better. enjoy urself reading n learning the rules.. thats all 4 now.. tata...
